GCPS looked promising online and with reviews. I called explaining we had an underground leak. They booked me for the next day stating I had to be there for most of the day (from memory 8am-4pm)otherwise they wouldn't attend. When the two plumbers(Senior and junior) arrived they looked at the spot which I had already indentified and said it's an underground leak we'll need to get a leak detector guy in. I quickly said that's why I called YOU. I then looked at their vehicle and as it was not signwritten and they weren't wearing a uniform or any ID they were most probably just contractors that filled in for the company. We had to wait for the Leak detector guy and I was required to pay him cash to identify a leak that was exactly where I had initially pinpointed. Gold Coast Plumbing started off promising with getting out to do a job fast. I had a leak somewhere on the property that was flowing out to the road. I told them to do whatever it took to fix the leak for good. After they were finished the property was still leaking out to the road and they had not filled in all the soil they removed, this job cost $525. There was a big 15 - 20cm dip in the lawn where they dug. I called them up and they were straight back out, they charged me again another $757 to do the job I had asked them to do the first time! This also did not stop the leak, so I called them again and this time they fixed it and it was a larger job (probably the job that should have been done in the first place). They then charged me another $999. Of course these bills didn't come until they had completed the job for the third time.
