Gold Coast Removals P.K.

Absolute worst company, would not recommend to anyone. Was told truck would be there at 7am, called at 7.30 to be told we'd been moved to 9.30 without notification, truck eventually arrived at 12.30pm - 5 and a half hrs late. Absolutely no communication from the owner, would not have known a thing had I not contacted them. To top things off we were charged a full 4 hours for 3 hrs and 20 minutes work. There's so many removal companies on the coast, please do yourself a favour and avoid this one.

Had an absolutely fantastic move with these guys. They were on time, friendly and professional. I can't recommend them highly enough. My son is in a wheelchair and we have many extremely heavy and very expensive items which another company actually said they couldn't move. The guys from PK turned up, took one look and didn't bat an eyelid. They made us all feel great and it was a positive experience for the whole family.
We moved from Pacific Pines to Brisbane and they were so quick my wife and I couldn't believe it. We'll use these guys again for sure and all our friends have their number. Just a really good bunch of workers and so professional. Finally a stress free move! Cheers fellas, we appreciate how hard you worked and especially with the heat! Thanks for getting all of Matt's gear to the new house in one piece and thanks for giving him an awesome day while you were at it. You guys deserve a medal!

This company was highly unprofessional, I would not recommend them to anyone. When I originally called P.K to find out more about the service they assured me 'the boys' were extremely capable and experienced. They ended up damaging furniture and when we asked what they could do about it they were very unhelpful. They are rude and clearly unconcerned with customer satisfaction. Do yourself a huge favour and DO NOT choose PK
