The owner has really bad customer experience or doesn't handle her own stress / internal world very well. Will never go back.

Anybody else charged cancellation fees? The woman called today as I had mistaken my appointment. I asked to be put in for the following week. NO! they want a cancellation fee as well. OK well if this company is unwilling to negotiate a change in appointment without a fee. I am no longer willing to be one of their clients. Beware of the importance of money to this company, demonstrates what is most valued. Certainly not the client.

Staying at a nearby resort for holidays up from Melbourne, I hurt my back carrying heavy luggage up three flights of stairs, so I looked up a physio to see and after reading good reviews online I booked into Gold Coast sports and spinal. I was treated by Amos, who did an amazing job, and improved greatly in one session what other physios back home took several sessions to do. If I lived up here they would be my choice every time I needed physio. Professional and effective. Can't recommend highly enough.

Melanie, principle physiotherapist and owner is an extremely talented and dedicated physiotherapist who makes it her mission to fix your problem. She is technically very skilled using a broad range of treatment modalities (including mobilisations and manipulations; dry needling and cupping - just to name a few). I drive all the way from Brisbane to the Gold Coast to see Melanie because I get value for money that I have not been able to find in Brisbane. Once you've been to see Mel, you won't want to see anyone else (which makes it hard as she gets booked out quickly).

I have been a patient of Melanie's for the past 5 years (for many different problems but mostly my back, neck and shoulder pain). I have previously seen various other physios, chiros, osteos etc but with limited relief and never any assessment or exercises to do at home. The first time I saw Mel I was impressed w her knowledge and excellent treatment and the fact that she gave me exercises which I still do to manage the problem. I have also seen the other physios and massage therapists there and they are all excellent and very professional and caring in their approach. I would give this physio clinic a big thumbs up!
