We used these guys this week. What a great company and great customer service.
We had 1 problem where the real estate said 1 fan light was not cleaned. I called them and thanks to Aprils great service was fixed by 10am next day, I was so impressed with her attitude and wanting to help us get our bond back.
My agent even mentioned to me that they will use them in future lol

Credit where credit is due, definately one of the cheapest on the coast for bond cleaning.
However, multiple areas were not cleaned and asked for additional payment to retrieve keys from the realestate agents to rectify multiple omissions (I'm based in Brisbane, rental property was in Gold Coast).
Also, not the greatest communicators, had a really hard time reaching them on the phone when it came to rectifying my grievances.
Overall, I think they would be good cleaners if not for poor attention to detail.
Hello Kevin we are sorry you feel that way,we had organised to fix any issues but unfortunately you were requesting us to drive for 1 hour round trip to pick up the keys and then another hour to drop the keys off again. We did offer to pick up the keys but you still insisted we drop them off as well. Unfortunately it is your responsability to ensure easy access to fix the issues and as you were not interested in doing what was required and refused to pay a small fee of $40 for our cleaners to do this we were unable to access your premises.
We were more than happy to fix all your issues within 48hrs of being given the exit report as advertised but unfortunately you could not fullfil your obligations and it is unreasonable to expect our company to spend 2 hours driving to pick up keys for a 30 minute job..
You told us you couldnt get back to give the keys which is in our terms and conditions but you came back and cleaned?
Unfortunately we cant accommodate every request that is unreasonable and just plain trying to make it hard for us and then try to make us look bad in the process.
