Gold Medal Chinese Restaurant

Traveling up from Melbourne heading to the Gold Coast. Our family ate here since we were recommended by the owners at the Centerpoint Motel. We were not disappointed the food was amazing, service was quick the only downfall was the soup. We ordered Chicken and Corn soup. I found it too thick for my liking however my wife loved it guess it all up to the person. The Curry and Satay chicken were the best i have had. Serving sizes are very generous.



The layout of the restaurant is not to flashy but looks clean and has the 70s feel to it.



Overall loved it, definitely will be coming back here again if I pass Dubbo again.

29 Jan 2010 - ate there with my husband and our three teenagers.

The aircon didn't work properly - once we checked it out, you could see it was black with grime.

The chinese food was not fresh and tasty, it tasted 'fridgey'. actually, it took a while to get most of our food out (they forgot some of the order)

It was really disappointing, because we were looking forward to a great tasting chinese meal - and we didn't get it!!!!

very nice food but the service is a bit slow
