1st & last for us. Bought the 7 course from GroupOn thinking it was a good deal, however, ended up disappointed. The 1st dish, which was soup was skip, even when another realized they missed it, they just pretended & took it that we won't know.
We counted only 5 dishes, but was told that one of the dish had 2 items, so it was counted as 2 dishes, however, they did acknowledge they missed the 1st dish which was the soup. The fried rice, vegetables & chicken were all oily...
Booking ahead is essential for this restaurant. The food is fresh, nicely cooked and served in good time. The prawns in plum sauce are always a favorite along with the scallop siu mai.
The restaurant itself is quite decadent, no expense appears to have been spared to ensure you feel as though you are dining in luxury and the 3 meter high vases are quite a talking point! It has a quiet atmosphere, except for when the pianist is playing and the warm hand towels are a nice touch to the start and end of the meal.
Prams and wheelchairs would fit adequately and parking is fair, though at times it might be a bit difficult to find anything close-by. Well worth a visit.
yum cha 1.30pm sunday never again !!!i rude staffs. two sessions overlapped causing chaos with parking and long queue and waiting to get in ,then leaving us with the scraps from the earlier session not much variety left . with only one hour to enjoy their food NOT!!!! only to be told "10min to go then we close" so check? never been so rushed in my life. was offered dessert after first 1/2 hour maybe if we stop going they get the message to be nicer to customers . hope they read this and get the message!!!! so rude
