In shade with traffic the best is Palmetto Buffalo. Palmetto is the best Buffalo available because of its natural habit of growing sideways rather than up. This means better for traffic recovery, less mowing and it stays greener longer in Winter.

Empire Zoysia is a makes premium lawn with narrow leaf, dence base and its slow growing for much reduced mowing.

Delivery is usually with a bobcat loader so that pallets are placed next to the job making it easier and cheaper to do it yourself. Usually a bobcat can get into a back yard when a forklift or crane can not. Ask when ordering.

Ordering is best done a few days before required, especially for laying.
