Check receipt as I was overcharged 2 and a half times told the money would be back in my account by the end of the day still not there

Springtime has come - what a great time to surprise someone special. If you're looking for a florist who will give you some really beautiful choices of what to give, then here's the place to go. Every time I walk in here & see their flowers, it's hard to tell what's 'fake' and what's real - though I'm guessing the ones in the fridge are because they're real ;-) I've seen some huge bouquets in the fridge that I'd be happy to give to anyone.
They're not the cheapest - hence the lack of 5 stars - but everything I've seen and got from here has been of excellent quality.

My recent visit to Village Flowers was an excellent experience with such a good range of both fresh and silk flower arrangements available to take straight away, I was so impressed with the friendly service I received i will definately be making this my regular florist, with Interflora service available as well, silk wedding flowers were also made up ready to buy for any last minute brides. A great florist who I would be more than happy to recommend.

If I could possibly give this business zero stars I certainly would.

The mangement of the business is extremely rude and should not be in a position of dealing with the general public.

We had a genuine query as to whether we should be charged a delivery fee when we in fact we ended up collecting the flowers.

Not only was the management extremely unhelpful but spoke to us in a manner that I would never imagine speaking to my worst enemy let alone a paying customer.

When we told them we would not be returning our patronage their comment was we should go to other store and should not be shopping in that store.

We will endeavour to make sure our family and friends also never shop at your store.

My father, brother and I ordered funeral flowers. The lady who helped us was efficient and organised and took care of everything which is good to have in that kind of situation. I dint feel much empathy from staff which would be my only critism. The flowers were stunning and service and organisation was faultless
