Golden Nails and Foot Spa

I purchased a special deal from Groupon and for some reason the staff had the idea they did not have to do a good job. I paid for manicure and pedicure. Disgustine. I wa the only one in the shop, 2 people working on me and they couldnt give a decent manicure, not even passable.

Do not get your waxing done here. I have 3 scars on my eyebrow and a swollen eye for 4 days. Lovely people working there but obviously not trained. You get what you pay for

Have been going there for a while for eyebrow waxing, shellac pedi & mani, and the odd gel full set.

Upon reaching my $40 voucher (achievable with their loyalty card; they stamp it everytime you spend $40 or more and when you reach 10 you get this voucher)

I decided to get gel nails and i have had them done there before so i knew what to expect, especially considering the management would be doing my nails.

i cannot say that it is the best job i have seen, there was a lot of slacking off - my cuticles were not done correctly - il have to do them myself and the overall shape was very tacky.

It leaves me wondering, if i was to pay for the job, would it be different?

sorry, some of the staff are wonderful, but i will not be coming back.

Great place, fantastic service, but they have a massage chair that's broken which is a little bit disappointment.
