Golden Palace Chinese Takeaway & Home Deliveries

We just had this Chinese food and it was not good at all. We didnt order much special fried rice, chicken curry red, wontons and spring rolls with sweet and sour sauce and the wontons where the best part and that wasnt that special. We are so disappointed after finally finding a Chinese takeaway in our area open on monday we thought it would be good. Curry was horrible and special fried rice was dry the sweet and sour sauce was very weak. The prawn crackers were okay though. Wont be spending money there ever again

I have had at least 6 meals from this takeaway. On this occasion the food was well below par. The sauces were sickly and gluggy; the fried rice tasted stale (the beef was dry); the noodles - no curry on request - were tasteless (using curry in dishes can hide a myriad of sins and this dish was found out. It should still have been tasty); the batter on the deep fried dishes overpowered the squid and chicken and was too thick; the crispy chicken was not advertised as fried - what about oven roasted crispy?; I rang the restaurant and voiced my concerns and all i received was "fried rice must have curry" and "i'm too busy"... Customer skills? Well, i'm too busy to come to your takeaway again.

I just bought dinner from this place. The worst chinese dinner ever only went there because the other chinese restraunt was closed, I bought a special fried rice which was 80% peas the sweet and sour sauce well I can't find words to explain that never again. So it has all ended up in the bin. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY GOING TO THIS PLACE

Always love chinese from here.. often hard to find a good place. only once the wontons were soggy and the order was wrong but every other time we had really enjoyed it :)
