We used this company for our house clean and removal in December 2014. The cleaning side of the job was done satisfactorily however the removal side of things was not so good. They made sure we paid at the beginning of the job. An error in hindsight. Once we arrived at our location we noticed that alot of our furniture was damaged. As we watched them unpack the truck we realised that they did not use blankets. This has resulted in lots of damaged items. TV cabinet and Hall table which are high gloss white are damaged beyond repair. One of our bedside tables had 6 round marks that had rubbed right through the lacquer and damaged beyond repair. Our study desk chair has a hole in the back of it. Our expensive pale grey fabric lounge is now absolutely filthy and needs professional cleaning from being put into the dirty truck without protection. From the first meeting till the final handshake Dhammika was extremely professional, good natured and very effective in his work. We got a fixed quote for our move at the very beginning which was very competitive, and there were no nasty surprises at the time of settlement. I was pleasantly surprised to see them arrive right on dot, a rare trait in the removal industry and were on top of their job even though we were not fully prepared for the move due to time limitations.
All our stuff was delivered without any damage and they were patient enough to accommodate a few changes to furniture placements with my wife changing her mind a few times.
