Goldstein Eswood

I recently bought a dishwasher from this company valued at more than $5000 thinking that a large company like Eswood would provide outstanding service with their products. I WAS WRONG. The dishwasher broke down and needed a technition to come out and fix it. I called on Tuesday morning. They told me the next available technition was Friday. Being a very busy cafe this was UNACCEPTABLE however i had no other chance but to wait. Friday came and i called 3 times. They assured me he was on his way. Being in a shopping centre we close at 6. The technition rang at 5:35 saying he'l be there in 30 minutes! As we were going to be closed, he did not come. You would think since a customer was unhappy that they would send someone out first thing Monday morning. I called and a rude woman told me they where fully booked out and no one will be coming due to the fact we told him we were closed.
