Great service and friendly efficient staff. I brought an old trailer and they offered to check it over free of charge. I needed a towbar to pull my new/old trailer, they quoted $530 cheaper than the Mitsubishi service centre and $200 cheaper than other towbar shops on the Coast, The information they gave me about what i needed to do about the registration of my trailer was spot on! The towbar is great and I am sure the price does not reflect the quality. Whilst I was waiting in the shop for my car to be fitted (1 hour) lots of people came in asking questions about their trailers and other related bizzo, they were all dealt with friendliness and there was no hard push or sale tactics, one pushy customer on the phone was dealt with finesse and resolved with a great attitude. I would thoroughly recommend Goldy's.
