Good Cents

In a few words: underwhelmed, disappointed, frustrated and extremely unhappy. I would not recommend this shop for your party decorations if you want a reliable, punctual and accurate service. I understand the difficulties that a small family business faces and I do not take making such a harsh review lightly however the service and product I received from this place was at the very least awful and I will be going out of my way to tell people to avoid this place for your party needs.

On the 18th of February, more than a month before my event, I went into this business and placed an order of over $400 which I paid for in full at this time. Had a horrible experience today - the Male who owns the store was rude and just plain horrible to deal with. I was enquiring about pricing of their balloons and I felt I was under attack with every word I said. He was trying to make fun of the words I used and him and his son were just laughing! NEVER AGAIN will I ever enter foot in that store. I recommend no one else does either - horrid service and plain rude - he clearly doesn't care about customer service. I walked out of there feeling humiliated while him and his son had a laugh.
