Good Company Food Coffee Wine

I am a medically diagnosed coeliac and asked for Gluten free bread with my meal on 15/05/17. not recognising the rounded shape of the bread that arrived as any GF type that I had ever encountered before, I queried the waitress about it but she assured me that the reason it looked different was that they obtained a 'Cafe' loaf from the Artisan Gluten Free Bakery in Rocky. I took her at her word and ate my meal. I actually bought a Cafe Loaf from the Artisan Bakery on 29/5/17 before leaving Rockhampton on 30th May and was shocked to see that its square shape bore no resemblance to the bread that I was served. I suspect that my sister who dined with me received th GF bread and I received hers.
Customers with a genuine need for GF bread are at risk if the waitresses at this cafe cannot recognise the types of bread that are on offer and the kitchen ...read more
