Good Friends Cleaning - (Domestic & Commercial Cleaning)

Carer tuned up very late without calling to apologise, Carer refused to help do tasks, argumentative, tasks were half done &every badly! Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!!

The staff came late, without an apology and were very sloppy, rushed, incredibly unprofessional and verbally abusive. They refused to do some tasks, broke my equipment and promised to replace yet never did. Next week they again arrived 20min late with no apology and left early when tasks weren't completed. They were sloppy in doing tasks, very slow, and broke my broom. still waiting to be reimbursed. Two years later I haven't been reimbursed by SAM (Manager) which he promised to do. That's Only a fewxthingscyhey did, including breaking a vase. They shouldn't be allowed to do cleaning as they are totally unprofessional, rude, lazy, dishonest, lazy, greedy &hopeless staff members.
