Good Health Resolutions focuses on helping women get back into shape, lose weight, tone up, increase fitness and energy levels through nutrition guideline education and Outdoor Child friendly Mums n Bubs Bootcamps, Early Risers Child free Bootcamps, Strollerobics and Personal Training. Right here on the Gold Coast in Palm Beach and Currumbin.

We offer a few different class types to ensure that each session is different and not repetitive we have Strollerobics, our Mums n Bubs Bootcamp, Early Risers Bootcamp and Weekend Boxing classes.

We offer FREE volunteer bub helpers to our child friendly classes which means you can focus on your training and the kids get a playdate in the meantime.

All fitness levels are welcome, we all have to start somewhere. You may not have exercised for years or months, your trainer will be able to guide you in the right path and get you to achieve your health and fitness goals.
