Good Move Personal Training will design a fitness regime to assist you with reaching and exceeding your health and fitness goals. In a private, personal training studio, you will receive a training program designed to suit you. As you progress, so will your program!

Sue, your trainer, is fully qualified as a Master Trainer (Australian Institute of Fitness), and her interest in health and fitness stems from her previous occupation as a nurse (ENd)

As a personal trainer, Sue has assisted her clients to improve their strength, fitness, endurance, flexibility, weight-loss and achieve sporting goals.

Sue is also qualified to teach Strength for Life, a program designed to promote health and well-being amongst people over 50 through strength training; and Heartmoves, a Heart Foundation initiative which is designed to be safe for people with stable long-term health conditions such as heart disease, diabetes or obesity.

Sues expertise encompasses training people suffering with chronic illnesses, postural problems, injuries, older people, sporting clubs, or those individuals just looking to improve their health and wellbeing.

Sue has also completed training in fit-ball, chi-ball, and has extensive experience as a fitness coach for EFM Gym

Why make the Good Move? Personal Training is shown to improve exercise behavior patterns, encourage long-term motivation, and increase confidence.

Sue will also help motivate you by assisting you with setting goals and providing feedback, specific to YOU.

Sue can also measure and monitor your strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments.

Sue will also design an exercise program to suit you and your needs, ensure that you are maintaining correct postural technique to minimise strain, as well as educate you in aspects besides exercise, including general health and nutrition guidelines.
