Good Neighbour Plumbing

I have no doubt to recommend good neighbour plumbing to everyone. Danny and Wyston done extremly good job. They are very helpful, responsive and thoughtful.

We had broken in ground pipe more than 1 m below the ground on Thursday nite, a day before long weekend. I felt hopeless to find the right plumber. There are many in the market but finding the right tradesman is not an easy job. Danny came at 2pm after his morning job, he worked really hard to find the problem. I know this was not an easy job as I am also working in construction and fully understand the issue. He has to break beam size concrete slab. Understand information, and did so Utilising the most cost effective methods. He even took time to show my toddler what was happening and allowed him to watch the work. Can't rec omend these guys enough.

Well I am sure we have all had more than one tradesman experience whereby an appointment is made and the time comes with no one showing. Sometimes a phone call re "the traffic" and I will be a half hour or more late. Then comes the quoting for the job. Mouth clenched as the late tradesman tells you of the call out fee and additional hourly rate. All too often the whole experience is a nightmare and there is usually no guarantee to the work even being done properly.

Pleasantly surprised by the great customer service, reasonable pricing and knowledgable plumber who came out to fix our issue. Danny was awesome, he explained everything to us and gave us full confidence in what he was doing. Fixed the problem and I couldn't have been happier.
