Being a regular customer of this buisness I was very unhappy with the service I recieved today. I tried to return one of the knee braces I brought for my son. I brought 2 braces in 2 different sizes, (as I didnt know which would fit him) about 3 months ago. Before paying for them I asked the cashier if I could return the one that will not fit him & she answered "yes as long as you keep the receipt", which I did. I did forget to take the item back each time I went there so was not expecting a cash refund because of the time that had lapsed but thought that it was more likely that I would be offered a store credit, how wrong I was. I was seen to by the manager who said that I would not be given a refund or a store credit as there was nothing wrong with the product & if there was I would have had to return it within 7 days of buying the product anyway.
