I tried calling about 20 times (I purchased a deal through GrabOne) and they never answered the phone or returned calls. At least GrabOne refunded my money! I even tried calling to book without the voucher in case they didn't have capacity to honor it. Still no luck. Don't be in a rush to get anything done if you want to use these guys
