They are a bad company they don't care about members or the workers the equipment is out dated and the staff are pushy and the trainers are not very good the gym fees are to high for such out dated equipment it's filthy everywhere and I can't cancel my membership because they scammed me into a 12month membership they are fraudulent and scam artists don't sign up to this gym ever you will regret it.
Great equipment and friendly environment, but personal trainers are too pushy when you try to tell them you don't need their services. I had one stand next to my treadmill and stare at me until I took my earphones out and then proceed to try to convince me for the next 5 minutes to take him on. I said straight up that I could not afford a PT on top of the gym fees, but he would not take no for an answer. When I finally gave up trying to tell him no, I got off the treadmill and headed for the ladies room to leave, he followed me and kept going until I was safe in the ladies room.
