Funny enough; after the first review from Watto7, nothing has changed!! I seldom leave negative reviews, but it's got to the point where I've removed my child whom has been at this centre for over 2 years. It's poorly managed, statements were not sent out each week, and when it was sent out it's constantly overcharged. There are alot of casual staff, you're child will not have that connection with any one particular carer. The only pro is, some...only some of the educators love their job. Children are sent outdoors for most part of the days, sunscreen is self applied. I wouldn't recommend this centre to anyone, there's a reason why they don't have a waitlist. We only enrol here initally because there was no waitlist. This is more a child minding centre than early learning.

After spending 12mths at this centre, we are pleased to be leaving and would have sooner if the waiting list for other centers was shorter. We have experienced on going disappointment and frustration with the lack of attention to detail in office administration (lost 3 enrollment forms, constantly over charged fees, poor management to staff communication). Most disappointing experience was the general care in the rooms. My main concerns and complaints: my child was sunburnt more than once (in a sun smart venue!) always had nappy rash on the days there, poor rostering of staff members and high turn over made it hard to establish relationship and communication for my child and also myself to pass on messages. The incident report was 2 days late in a pile of papers, and was not handled with maturity or in a professional manner.
