Took my car there to replace a part and they said to leave the car with them and they will have a look at it. Mind you this part doesn't require any tools or expertise to change (a simple pull off and out on). I asked how much it would be when I got there and they couldn't give a price nor a time. So I left the car there and left and 3 hours later they come up with a price of $166 for a $40 part (price didn't worry me I just wanted it changed), but then said do you want us to fit it in, after I had said change it! I waited 3 hours for a quote after I had told them to change it. Then I said yes go change it and then they call back saying they are out of stock. So I picked the car up and that was it. Very frustrating service and no indication of time or cost so I wasted my whole day and was too late in the afternoon to go somewhere else. Will never go back there.
