Do NOT go to Goodyear Thomastown for anything!!! Not honest service and dodge..serviced my car for 6 years until Ive found out that they are not doing what you are paying for..e.g no oil filter replacement, oil leaks after servicing, damaging your other equipment without replacing it (oil filter housing wondering how that is possible to x-threat that, charging labour without work done and the list is going on and onother friends experienced the same! Will tell them to post here there comment as well. I am very sorry for CUSTOMERS in Thomastown and Northern Sub.
The business is under new management since the 9th of September 2013. I have personally had my car serviced at Goodyear thomastown in late September and couldn't be more pleased . The service was all done . As I always do when using a mechanic for the first time. I checked all the service items were replaced before paying the bill. The new owner was pleasant and knowledgable. I needed 4 tyres and the advice he gave me on a suitable tyre was excellent. I now have a set of Goodyear F1 tyres which I am very pleased with. Both the tyres and service were provided at a very reasonable price. I will be returning . The old saying is if you can find a good honest mechanic. Stick with him.
