Gordon 7 Day Medical Centre

Booked an appointment at the last time slot wanting to leave enough time to get there from work (took a bit of leave just so I can leave work earlier) - there was a bit of traffic - ended up getting there 5 minutes late got told that the doctor will not be seeing me coz I was late! There was already another patient inside seeing the doctor and another patient outside waiting (they were much later than me) yet I was the one who got told nope doctor is not seeing you because you were late...BY 5 MINUTES yes that's right 5 minutes! I was also told that because I had not told them I was going to be late yet I got a call from the receptionist if I could come in earlier 10 minutes before my appointment I told them then that I may be a bit late. She told me then that because I was a new patient it would take me some extra time (but that was not stated when I booked online!) the two other patients were much later than me also because of transport issues yet I was the one ...read more

Very new clinic, only one doctor was on for the day. Found doctor to be rude, insensitive and unhelpful to the point where I walked out of the consult in tears. Would not recommend and definitely will not be going back.
