I was very dissipointed in the service I received from this repairer. I had crashed my car pretty bad a couple months ago and called these guys up about getting a repair quote on my car. They said all I'd need to do is go into the shop whenever I wanted and the manager would assess it there and then. I went in to store next day and they said the manager wasn't in. I said okay that's fine, I came in to store the day after and asked if I could get a repair quote. The staff were really nice and the manager said to me if I left the car there, they would contact the other persons insurance company, send photos and sort everything out for me. I thought okay great, I've been told a couple different things but this sounds good. I left my car with them and after a week or so I decided to call up and check how everything was going.
