Very disappointing. I would not use them again. They sent me the wrong products and when I queried being sent the correct items my emails and phone calls went unanswered. Eventually, I did receive a reply and was advised the items were not available. They offered to refund my money but one month later I haven't received a cent. I am not worried about the money the concern is they are very unprofessional service. Their website states they are closed over the school holidays - my question is 'school holidays for which state?' The dates are different across Australia. It's just a demonstration of their inability to think logically and lack of commitment to the business. The business is great in theory and has a lot of potential. I hope they heed these negative comments and try to improve their operations.
I wish that I had seen the reviews before booking the party for my 4 year old daughter. The best thing was the front room, it looked very pretty. The staff were not dressed up, communication was average, they were still setting up when we arrived. The website pictures make it look better than the experience you actually get! I was told on the day that the coffee machine was not working for the parents. The venue has great potential however the delivery of the customer service needs improvement.
I ordered stock from this company 5 weeks before the party and did not receive goods in time. Tried calling and kept getting voicemail with no call back. I have sent many emails with one response saying they will look into it for me and let know. Nothing!
It has been 2 months and i still have not got anything in the mail nor a reply.
Will never deal with these people again.
Very frustrating when you live in a rural postal zone and rely on the internet to get your stuff done.

Today my daughter had her 10th birthday party at GLP. It was themed perfectly offering a variety of age appropriate activities that the girls loved. The party rooms looked gorgeous! The attention to detail and courteous staff made it a most enjoyable and memorable occasion. In my daughter's own words, "It was the best party ever!".
