The old phrase that food always tastes better when someone else cooks it is sure true when it's these guys cooking it. Had the pleasure of attending a party they catered for, and am impressed. They came, set up, got everything running, seasoned and watched the lamb on the spit, cut and cooked the vegetables, cut it all up (even after we'd finished eating - and there was a LOT left!) and perhaps most importantly they cleaned up after themselves. The lamb and veggies were perfectly cooked, even the gravy was nice.
I was impressed too that they actually interacted with guests, even some kids who were fascinated with the lamb cooking - they were friendly (without crashing the party) and wished the host a happy birthday, chatted with him for a while.
