Gormans Florist

I placed an order with Gormans Florist on 2/12/2013 . I have to say there customer service was very professional and courteous. The floral arrangement was beautiful and the flowers were fresh, bright and very beautiful upon the prompted arrival to their destination. Gormans provided professional service, beautiful flowers and great prices. Thank you Gormans!

Nice flowers, but worst customer service I've ever received. They were given an address to deliver the flowers to. Once the flowers didn't show up I questioned it and they admitted to leaving them at the wrong house because they couldn't find the correct one. So I asked them to collect the flowers and I'll take them. They picked up the flowers and then rudely wanted me to pay another delivery fee, after they purposely delivered the flowers to the wrong house. Never again.
