very dirty wards short staff nurses
some nurses are absolutely wonderful and some are very rude to patients

Yesterday, I had a minor leg operation under Dr John Morton. I had to stay overnight and came home today.
I was in the surgical ward the entire time and cannot praise the nursing staff or the doctors enough.
Initially, it was expected that I'd be able to come home the same day but the physiotherapist suggested I stay in a bit longer as I wasn't too steady on my feet, just after the procedure.
It is great to see that they don't just rush you out after your operation and they seem to have your best interests/safety at heart.

Thanks to Dr Morton, his associates and the nursing staff for your help and care..

In my opinion after a stay Gosford Hospital I could not Praise each and every person I came in contact with from cleaning staff to catering staff The Nursing Staff were exceptional in each and every way this is after a six day stay my name Ronald James Marks if you wish to confirm the above 15/12/2016

Was in Gosford Public Hospital on the 20th January 2015. I found the staff Nurses Doctors and Anaesthetists to be not only professional but extremely caring. Being a Medicare patient I was apprehensive I have been in private Hospitals in the past but found the level of care as a Public Patient just as equal if not better. Thank you to all of the staff there I would recommend Gosford Public Hospital to anyone.
