Goshin Karate-do Galston

Goshin-Kan Karate is one of the very few karate schools in Australia that teach the traditional form of karate. It does not participate in tournaments.
Traditional Karate-do was about character development, self-control, discipline, human values and self-defence.
The goal is about helping our students to develop confidence, fitness, become skilled in the traditional art of defence, understand themselves more in terms of the roles they play in life and become an asset to each of these roles.
