I wrote a review for this place on the 13th of May 2014, back then the place was closed (see below). I was back in Goulburn just recently so I thought I would give them benefit of the doubt and try the place again.
This time, the doors were open and I was greeted by a lady at the counter. She took my order and within 10 minutes I had my takeaway boneless Lemon Chicken. Took it back to my hotel room and enjoyed the meal.
Not the best I've eaten, nor was it the worse. Good value though and if I had to, would go back to try other dishes.
Went here after reading good reviews on TrueLocal and tripadvisor. On a Tuesday night at 6pm, it was in darkness and no sign on the door to say why it was closed. Even the sign writing on the window states, "open 7 days". Please at least leave a sign up if you plan not to open.
Quite impressed with the quality of this somewhat inconspicuous venue. Not a large restaurant, but never feels small. Has a very good atmosphere and environment; eating area is clean and well presented. Good menu with enough variation for all, not only chinese cuisine but choices from many other asian countries. Service is a very strong point; new owners are very friendly, and will always be looking out for the customers; owner often will talk with patrons and thank them after their meal. Waiting times are average, not spectacularly fast. Food is excellent overall; different menu choices always resulted in a delicious meal.
