DO NOT ORDER FROM GORMANDISE. It has been over 6 weeks since I placed my order, with no delivery or explanation. Despite phoning many, many times and emailing, I have not been able to make contact. I can only assume the business is defunct but still actively accumulating orders from unsuspecting customers. The worst online rip off I have experienced to date. AVOID AT ALL COST.
If you need something to be delivered on a specific day, look elsewhere. I placed my order last week on Tuesday to be delivered by courier on Thursday. On Wednesday I received an email update telling me my order had shipped however the tracking link did not work. I checked on Thursday afternoon and decided to call. Gourmandise promised to deliver on Friday. Today I called (Monday) because the order still had not shipped. They blamed the courier and promised to deliver today. The selection of gifts is lovely but the delivery and tracking is hopeless. I will wait to see what happens but I am really not happy at all with this service.
