Absolutely appalled!! I first ordered a banana cake from them which was fantastic but the second order, a Jaffa and malteser cake, while it looked amazing, the cake crumbled and it came across like it was stale. I rang and left a message the next day and also emailed them and no one got back to me. Rang and left another msg and email on the Friday - still nothing. Tried them from my mobile on the Monday and spoke to the assistant and kept saying they're made fresh and kept talking over me. Eventually I said I wanted to speak to the management and the assistant promised they'll ring me back. Still hadn't heard back on the Friday so I tried again and only got through via my mobile - once again the management apparently 'wasn't in' and the assistant just kept asking how they could help me. It doesnt even deserve a star!!!! Ordered 2 tier cake for my son's 1st birthday, Icing was too thick!!! my mum cant even cut the cake. The cake was soooooo dry! yuck!! the cake doesnt even look like the picture that i gave them. non of my guest finished their cakes. they all went to waste! Paid $310 for it now down the drain! DO NOT ORDER HERE!!! WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! WONT EVEN GIVE ME ATLEAST 50% REFUND!!
