Terrible service. Food has so far taken 2.5 hours and it still hasn't arrived. Will never use this service again

over priced, took over an hour and half to deliver the meal and missing one persons dish.
Recevied a text message saying sorrying for inconvience kitchen closed. Charge more that was on the price list, with the excuse restarant had put the price up, when i checked the restuarants menu online it was nearly half the price that gourmet courier charged me. Extremely rude
