Tonight, my 19 months old daughter has a fever so I called doctor while I was visiting my mother. I called at 7:15pm and I was told by staff that I would wait 2 to 3 hours. I waited until 10:30pm with no sight of doctor. I called them to ask when the doctor is coming and was told that the doctor is handling an emergency situation and keep waiting. I told them my kids are getting tired and how long am I going to wait for but they said they can't answer that question. I waited until 11:30pm with no sight of doctor and no one called me back either. They just don't care and showed no consideration. They just keep you waiting and don't bother to call you back if there is something happened. At the end, my kids were so tired so I cancelled the booking. Very angry and frustrated patient.
