I ordered a cot set at the beginning of February and received an email saying the cot I had ordered was out of stock until the end of February and I could either have a refund or wait for the cot to come in. I asked if the cot would definitely be in by March as my baby would be due in April and would they be able to send the other items in the mean time. I got a reply email assuring me the cot would be posted beginning of March and they would post remaining items ASAP. I agreed to this and then a few days later received an email saying the other items were also out of stock but would be posted in the 17th February. Nothing was ever posted so a week after the 17th I sent a an email requesting an update on my order and got no response. I sent three more emails and rang a few times and got no answer so I have now put in a claim through PayPal. It's terrible paypal will get your refund for you, as I ordered on their website via c card I had commonwealth do a charge back and got my money straight back.
Then I found another business and took the risk again. So pleased cot change table and mattress arrived to tas in 3 days after paying and all my emails were answered within minutes or same day!
I ordered on their website an instock set.
They emailed saying the cot won't be in stock until late feb I can wait or have refund. I said I would wait the month.
End of feb came and no answer on the phone numbers or email address or website.
I found out they operate on ebay under gift professional and viki nursery. I got a response from gift professional saying now my cot is not in stock and my change table is.
I asked for refund as baby due soon they said it had been refunded that day. That was two weeks ago!

Final email , and they made the excuse of their email system not working . I finally got my furniture delivered , in a million pieces to be built :) and the furniture is very poor quality .
They should have sent you a receipt if they have refunded you. I think keep emailing & go forward with reporting them
To consumer affairs. This is a disgraceful business , I really do hope you get your refund in time for preparing for your baby x
I had the exact same experience. We must have ordered at the same time. I am currently in the process of trying to get my money back through paypal after trying to contact youngoz through email and phone with no success.
Have recently ordered baby furniture , i live in Sydney, its been over a week , and have not recieved any replies to emails about my delivery , cannot track my delivery either on the site , like i was told i could. Both phone numbers provided in sydney and melbourne do not respond to the phone calls. I do not recommend this company for its poor unprofessional service
I have same issue! I ordered off website in January. They have been telling me they have refunded my money but they haven't!!! I have organised a charge back through my bank and lodged a complaint with consumer affairs
We ordered a change table from Young Oz which we found to be $500 to a similar one we found at a local store. We put the order in after hours on a Wednesday night. The order was processed and delivered by the Friday morning. Considering we are in Adelaide and the package came from Melbourne, we thought this was exceptionally efficient. Yet to put the change table together but so far so good. Great work Young Oz.
