If post graduate study gives you license to abuse a learner with anxiety, we must have misunderstood what this operator says is a safe, supportive platform for learning. Absolute nightmare, instructor became hostile, we had to stop lesson, he ranted for ages. We had got sucked in by the website promises, but in reality the lesson left my daughter feeling degraded, both of us feeling bullied. The trainer cannot deal with unhappy feedback, and has begun denigrating us on any reviews we post. Very unprofessional, from conduct in the lesson to his rejected opportunity to resolve it with us. I would not recommend for an anxious driver. Only if you have a very thick skin!
