GR8 Walls

Had a terrible experience with this company. Would never recommend them.

Do not use Gr8 Walls. Disorganised, very poor quality and constantly making excuses. Go and have a look at their gabion work at Booran Reserve in Glen Huntly to see how shoddy their work is. I would give zero stars if this webpage allowed.

If you want a wall that requires permits and engineering steer clear of them, it's been the most painful 2 year ordeal dealing with this company. After payment in full plus extras additional to his quote he never paid the surveyor in full which meant the wall was never signed off. Wall wasn't built to engineers drawings and it was a painful 6 week build. They never cleaned the site up as they quoted. So disappointed. And when we contacted him to discuss the outstanding issues, he would not take responsibility for anything. Never again!!!

We asked the company to quote for a retaining wall so following the management of GR8 walls assessment of the job, I was asked to arrange for the engineer plans which I delivered within 2 days. I called repeatedly over the next weeks & months and was reassured the quote was being done...... It's over a year now and that quote never came. The engineer reports haven't been returned and not ONCE, did the management of this company even pay me the courtesy of a phone call or even a text to say they didn't want the job or was too busy...... NO customer service, NO courtesy..... Thank goodness we eventually found someone reliable.
