Quick easy and convenient. The food isn't special but there's a good range and reasonably priced. Suits the city workforce who are having lunch in a rush

Grab N Go on Creek street have fresh sandwiches ready of the busy people in the city. There is a few tables if you wish to sit down and watch the world go by. The staff is friendly and prices are good.

This is a neat little cafe in the business end of town. They have a great range of fresh sandwiches and cakes. Our favourite is the muffin and coffee deal which starts at about $5.95 and goes up depending on your size of coffee. The staff are friendly and usually remember how you have your coffee even if you are semi-regular like us. Only negative is that they don't seem to be open on the weekend.

The biggest problem here is there are so many choices. The range of rolls and sandwiches is fantastic and the portion sizes are great value for money. The muffins are a great way to start the day.
