Paul is a nice guy, and his work seems ok, professional etc, however like most of the shops in that little area, he seems to get too comfortable too fast, then comes the overcharging. Not sure if this is a local thing or a broader mechanic psychological trait. And I may not have realized had I myself not being a mechanic previously and knew how long a task should take. I don't know who to use to do our work now, however, all I know is from my experience - definitely avoid that whole area down there (at the bottom of the hill) as there seems to be a culture of high and unreasonable prices. Having said this, Grace are the best of the lot, better than P&G and the Asian Workshop there as well (Chan, he's really really bad) but just avoid the lot whole lot of these guys anyway. That's my advice.
