Went through Grace removals bunbury to transfer belonings from Bunbury to New Zealand. After agreeing to the original quote I called up and told them i wanted to remove some items but add 1 more item of similar volume and was told it would be all good. Then they shipped my stuff off in a container and told me the new price which had risen by 25%! Arguing the increase i caught them out charging me twice for packaging and packaging supplies, to no apology, and i still had to pay way over the agreed quote. Was told my stuff would be 6-8 weeks from pick up but most liekly less..... after 12 weeks and sweet b all updates my stuff arrived. Was actually suprised nothing had been broken. Never did they get in contact with me to give updates, i would have to call them and be told they would get back to me (which they never would). Only phone call i got from them was a servey call at the end, haha.
