International shipping looks like moving goods next door. Being a trader, I often have to operate from different sea and air port locations in Australia, like Adelaide, Melbourne, Canberra and Darwin. Engaged Grace for an interstate move (NSW to NT) in November / December 2020. Sales rep was great, took a detailed evaluation of the items and the move volume, which came up to 1.25 the size of a 20-foot container. This meant that the shipment would come in two parts, and he suggested that we ensure the important items were packed first so that they would arrive first as the other container would have to wait to be filled with the items from another customer before it would be shipped, which was fine with us. Plus, the extra services offered made the difference between them and their competitors. UPDATE 9/2/2021: Forwarded contact details to Customer Service on 27/1/2021 as requested. Got an acknowledgement but nothing since. They don't seem to be interested in looking any further into it.
Hopeless service over promise then don't deliver . Promised special extra service packaging and care for our valuable items and didn't provide what was paid for and broke our valuable property. Then refused to take responsibility for the true cost of replacement . Go with another company this one is nothing but trouble
Hi, Please consider going to the Small Claims Tribunal. You can receive compensation up to $25,000 in most state jurisdictions. It is just a matter of filling out an on-line form. Include all of the details of oral representations and the expectations on the level of service, and copy your emails into a Word document to attach. Do not need solicitors.
You can also go to court for all damages and losses over $25,000. This needs a solicitor.
Horrible service - broke our marble table. They over promise When quoting and then don't turn up with what they promise and rough handle your goods then break them then stuff you around for weeks then stiff you by not paying proper compensation- avoid these people at all costs - go to someone reputable

I had a terrible experience with Grace removals and would not recommend them for moving furniture. They arrived 9 yes 9 hours late for the job!! Were meant to be at our house at 8am but came at 5pm!! Quickly unloaded the boxes as fast as they could and wanted to leave us to unwrap everything eventhough we had paid for an unpacking service! Had to tackle 4 burly men on my own to get half a job done. Find a decent moving and packing/unpacking service elsewhere. Very very disappointed!
Five years later and some things never change. Absolutely appalling service. Avoid Grace Removals if you are seeking a cost effective, efficient, helpful and professional service. If you like paying someone, and then doing all the work yourself, you'll absolutely love these guys!
