I am 43 years old. I have been training with Gracie Elite for 2 years, having no previous martial arts training ever. The guys and girls here are not just training partners, but great people and all friends. I am the fittest I have been in 20 years and love training every week. Highly talented coaches with no egos or arrogance who are welcoming, encouraging and always open to any question that will improve your technique. My only regret with training here is that I should have started 10 years ago ?

Our journey with Loyalty started with both of our sons training (our youngest is Autistic, with other developmental issues). The patience, guidance and team spirit that they were shown by Coach and his Team was amazing. It is such a friendly atmosphere.....both with the kids on the mat, and the parents off the mat. It taught our boys discipline, respect, and self defence....all while having fun!! As a parent, I highly recommend the kids classes. Not long after, my husband Stephen joined. I came along and participated in a class with him once....it really tests your fitness, and definitely works your mind too! Being at Loyalty has changed Stephen’s life. Working in a high pressure office job had taken its toll.....he was overweight, stressed, and mentally exhausted .
