I had a bad experience at Graeme Collins, were they fixed the wrong part on my car and when I got a call stating that they have the right part and would finally fix what I already paid for. Then wanted me to re-pay the intallation of the mechanics mistake, I was very angry with th service and have never been back.
I own a car that is not even the type they franchise, it had stupid problem of just stopping by itself whenever it warmed up, I changed the few basic things that may have been the culprit to no avail, I was 90% sure I new what the issue was but it needed to be diagnosed on a machine to find out. I went and saw them, told them what I had done to try and fix it, told them what I believed what was wrong, at 3 pm they rang up, yep it was that, it will cost you $120, REPCO has the part, we can get it and have it in within the hour. Went it picked it up, they had let it run for 30 minutes then took it it for a drive, no problem its fine now, they even fixed a wire on the fan that was busted
