I bought a used Mazda BT50 from Frankston Mazda. To start off with the car was advertised and sold to me as having a full service history, when I picked up the car the salesman stated that "they could not find the service book"!!!
Alarm bells should have started ringing back then. Also they never produced a copy of the Roadworthy Certificate.
Not long after the purchase of the vehicle one of the link pins snapped .
It turned out that Frankston Mazda, at time of sale, replaced one of the shocker with the wrong size one and installed the spring upside down.

Lance is a super star, he did not pressure me and his honesty, manners and attention to detail was refreshing, he explained every thing i needed to know about the new car and the purchasing process with Rocco. He knew to give me time to make my decision and no question was ever to silly. I could never thank them enough as i was almost ready to give up on a new car due to another makers dealership. It's the last place to purchase a car. They try to sell you a car and make you feel good about your purchase. After they received the money, customer service ENDS. It's the worst place that you can purchase a car.
I purchased a car from them 3 weeks ago and it started making strange noises on the left hand side of it which caused by cooling system. And they started saying that it's very common sound and it's nothing important. They are not trying to help you at all but they are trying to take your money and smile on your face.
Anyways, I know how CRM works and I will be in every social media to let my experience known by other consumers.
