Mum died unexpectedly so we were all in shock - Alex came to collect her - late at night and his behaviour and service was impeccable , comforting ,respectful and very human..

He was nothing like the too smooth rehearsed funeral person I feared.

When we re met at the funeral he was exactly the same - he really made a huge difference. Grahams Funerals did not push us into anything and they let everyone speak at the funeral - however long it took.

We had dealt with Graham Family Funerals previously so when my father passed away we automatically used them again..BIG MISTAKE.. We had problem after problem with them which was due to their fault. Each time i spoke to them it was like it was a problem but the worst was when i sent an email to one of the staff members express my disappointment with them. Next i had management on the phone having a go at me... a real professional, caring person he was. I would never recommend them or use them again. They say they offer understanding and compassion they do not know what this means....
