I phoned up to enquire about selling an encyclopedia collection. The person I spoke to was extremely rude. I was dismissed instantly. I appreciate what I have might be worthless but I don't know that which is why I phoned up to enquire. Don't understand how people run businesses by being that rude. I would actively encourage people to go elsewhere.
