Grand Kitchens

We went local with grand kitchens. At first we were happy and everything was running smoothly....until we discovered majority of the doors had been placed on inside out so the smooth nice surface was actually facing on the inside and the outside was rough and poorly executed. When we raised the issue more than 3 times with them and wanted them replaced, they have now brushed their hands of it. The blame was then put back on the contractor who installed when actually the product was made by Grand. No responsibility has been taken by them and because of this we are left with a kitchen we are not happy with and they have our money. Don't use them!

these guys are great. I recently went down to see if they had a certain sized 2nds benchtop that i needed for something at home. When I got down there they were halfway thru their xmas party. But they dropped everything and helped me to choose from their 2nds supply of laminate tops. Its great to see so much enthusiasm and help. i can truly recommend their business to anyone at all.
